Wuhan ChenYang Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. was established in August 2008 with a registered capital of 24 million yuan. It is a professional manufacturer specializing in the design, development, production, and sales of magnetic components such as transformers, inductive coils, and current transformers. After three years of development, in 2011 the company constructed its own 31,000-square-meter factory in Xiantao City, located 60 kilometers from Wuhan. This facility has achieved a current production capacity exceeding 5 million high-frequency transformers, 2 million chokes, 900,000 current transformers, and 2 million high-frequency PFC inductors per month. Our products serve diverse applications including new energy equipment, power supplies, computers, communications, home appliances, instrumentation, LED power supplies, and automotive electronics. We independently develop production fixtures to enhance efficiency and inspection tools to ensure quality reliability.

Focusing on manufacturing electronic products like high-frequency transformers and high-frequency PFC inductors, the company has extensively introduced automated equipment since 2019, achieving over 85% automation in production. Currently, it operates 150 fully automated winding machines, 18 mid-assembly automation lines, and 12 finished-product assembly automation lines. Our mature smart manufacturing capabilities, both nationally and within the industry, significantly enhance our core competitiveness.

The company employs approximately 500 staff, with around 10% holding college degrees or higher. We maintain a team of 20 experienced professionals in product R&D, engineering, manufacturing, and quality management, supported by a dedicated logistics team. This ensures we deliver high-quality products, on-time delivery, and competitive offerings to our customers. Our products comply with EU RoHS requirements and hold CQC certification. Operational management is strictly controlled under the ISO9001:2015 quality management system.
